FIRST LINE THERAPY
This 12-week lifestyle program uses nutrition, exercise, and stress management to improve your health and assist in reversing chronic diseases such as diabetes, metabolic syndrome, cardiovascular disease and inflammatory conditions. We can provide you with a program that is backed by medical research, is clinically tested and shown to reduce FAT instead of losing lean muscle tissue.
First Line Therapy addresses the underlying nutritional cause of your health concerns. The FLT plan follows a low-glycemic load food plan, known as a modified Mediterranean diet, which is consistent with the most current research for reversing chronic disease. It also incorporates FDA approved medical foods and nutritional supplements to ensure optimal results.
First Line Therapy may assist in reversing, eliminating or managing the risks of altered body composition (being over-fat) that are associated with the following conditions:

Your 3 month individualized program includes two (2) PRIVATE 50-minute consultations, five (5) PRIVATE 30-minute consultations, unlimited email support, two (2) BIA tests, a client binder, a stress relief guided imagery CD, and a food diary to help you keep track of your progress for the 12 weeks*.

Group Program
First Line Therapy Group programs are held once a week and are limited to eight (8) participants per group. Groups start every three months on Wednesday evenings or Thursday mid-day. Group programs include one (1) BIA test, twelve (12) sixty-minute group support classes, a stress-relief guided imagery CD, program handouts and a food diary to help you keep track of your progress over the 12 weeks. Supplements and medical foods are provided at additional cost.
