We bill Medicare for our patients but do not accept assignment of benefits
Medicaid does not cover chiropractic care in the state of New York. There are no Medicaid benefits for chiropractic coverage available. Our cash fees are affordable and credit cards are accepted for payment at time of service.
*Not all plans or contracts with insurance carriers cover chiropractic care. We will inform you of any limitations as soon as we qualify your coverage.
Without Insurance / Cash / Non Participating Insurance
Our fees for patients without insurance or with insurance that we don't participate with are quite reasonable. Dr. Karyn will inform you about fees before receiving chiropractic care at this office. If you would like a written estimate of costs, she will be happy to provide it for you.
Please note that "maintenance care" is not covered.
